avoid where you can!!!

This was my third car purchase from JLR Wolverhampton in the past 8 years, it’s also been the worst by far. From the very start to the end, I experienced an appalling lack of communication from the salesman — including being outright lied to at one stage (which was even coincidently recorded on day of collection and am now looking at an appropriate way to take this further). I raised a formal complaint with the manager and was told I would receive a response after an investigation. It’s now been 8 weeks and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. No follow-up, no apology, no resolution. On the day of collecting my brand new Defender 130, I was made to feel like I was picking up a toy car — not a significant purchase. The level of service was completely unacceptable, especially for a premium brand like Land Rover. It’s unfortunate that I’ve had to leave this review, as my past experiences were positive. However, being misled, ignored, and ultimately disregarded is unacceptable. I strongly recommend anyone considering a Jaguar or Land Rover vehicle to visit a different dealership — this one has clearly gone downhill.
