Bad experience, terrible customer servic

Avoid this place at all costs! Bought a car end of July 2025 and it’s been nothing but trouble from day one. Tyre needed air as soon as I picked it up — turned out it needed resealing. Then the car wouldn’t even start — they only got it going by stealing a battery from another car in the showroom. After that, the “check injector” fault kept flashing up. Took it back again and again, kept being told it was “just a sensor.” Total rubbish. The issue was never fixed. I was lied to, fobbed off, and left chasing them with endless calls, emails, and visits. Eventually I did get a refund, but the whole nightmare still left me a couple hundred quid out of pocket. Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favour and stay well away from this dealer.
