a visit to the salon, if you can call it

We just visited the showroom, if you can call it a visit or customer service. We were greeted by a gentleman who was completely in our shoes. He sat down in a chair, reclined like a king, and with a dismissive smile asked what was going on. My daughter says your employee didn't inform me that she was renting a car and not owning it. 16,000 GBP is a lot... The employees of this company are poorly trained or too well trained because they sell cars just to get rid of them and show off that they sold them for a bonus. The guy who greeted us today should be on the show "Worst Dealer of the Year." He's a disgrace, lacking professionalism. I don't recommend this company or this gentleman as a customer service representative.
