Very poor customer service is routine

The customer reception here is awful. Despite there being 3 or 4 reception staff hanging around they know nothing, and do nothing, leaving customers waiting for ages with no explanation and not even an offer of coffee. This has happened the last 3 times I have had to take my car there, but the last visit was so poor I have decided to travel all the way up to Silverstone in future. My £2200 (!) service has been booked there and will be cancelled at Hatfield.
