If you want a good car and good customer service DO NOT USE THIS CAR SALES. I bought a car from here and after 4 months we had a water leak Baglan got this sorted which took 3wks then when we got it back it was still leaking eventually it got sorted after another week ,then the garage told us there was a numbet of faults with it and it needed to go to a specialist garage,drivetrain being the main problem (they did supply a courtesy car ) then they kept the car for 4months told us it was sorted, we only drove the car 100yds and the same problem was there so back to Baglan we go then they took it back had the car for another month brought it back and yes it had the same problem. They booked it into BMW and they had it for another 2 months they could not find the problem so Baglan told us there is nothing more they can do as they also maxed the warranty out so after 8 months we had our car back with the same problem thanks for that Baglan,! So i took it to the financial ombudsman after a 18 month battle with Baglan we won our case but they done everything they could to stop us even keeping receipts we needed by saying we dont have to give you them under the data protection act. Thanks again Baglan we did not need them after we proved it another way. SO TO ANYBODY WHO IS THINKING OF GETTING A CAR FROM HERE DONT .Also may i take this opportunity to say to Baglan thanks for your non cooperation in this matter.
