Never using this branch again!

Ordered car to be brought to Manchester. Offered free gift, never arrived with car. Then paid for car and couldn’t take it as they put me down as Mrs instead of miss. Then they charged me an additional £300 on site as damage wasn’t picked up by Linwood. Ruined our day and was unable to go on holiday. Also extremely rude receptionist and a complaint raised with no response! Worse deceptive experience ever
