Bad service

I have several cars from Audi Chingford. On my last purchase i was told by the rep at the time that they will provide something additional too me due to the delay in me receiving the car. I chased this up for several months, then was told the rep had left and there was no record. The manager was supposed to contact me back however nothing has transpired. On the car i have for my wife, it was called into Audi for a service. She waiting 4 hours with our new born twins. She has now been contacted again by Audi (a month later) saying the service is due. When she questioned this, apparently they did not service the car at the time, they simply washed is and gave it back,. How appalling is that. My wife even called 3 hours into the apparent service where she was told it will be another hour! Following on from this, i left a review on trust pilot where i was responded to immediately, directing me to a private email and assuring me this will be a high priority. Still haven't heard back after 2 weeks. i have called and left messages with Audi Chingford however nothing has transpired. This is just a heads up to anyone thinking or purchasing their next vehicle through them, they are great until the sale is complete. After that, a shambles, to say the least.
