Tremendous assistance

I was changing my car (Zafira) but didn't really know what to purchase as a replacement. So I Described to James what my criteria was. He listened very carefully, showed me the T-Roc and suggested a test drive. James manner was calm and informative, certainly not pushy or patronising, He gave me time to consider my decision and had a potential car delivered to the garage for me to test drive. The T-Roc was a great choice for me, good mileage, great condition and and a perfect demonstration on how to work all the new technology. (Moving from a manual to an automatic). I believe he went the extra mile (excuse the pun) to meet my criteria and source a great car for me.
