Avoid!

We paid a deposit and delivery charge for a VW Up for my daughter. On the agreed delivery day I messaged to check what time to expect the car and was told they’d sold it! And for the last week I’ve been trying to get my deposit back. Calls unanswered. Messages ignored. Deposit missing! Based on the business ethics on display I’d recommend looking elsewhere for your next car.
