The shop steals your money

I bought a brand new motorbike that kept breaking down. The shop refused a refund and refused to fix the bike . The shop has stolen 5 grand of me . The finance company thinks I making this up , and has put a marker on my credit file, which basically means I can't rent or buy a motohome. I am now homeless due to this shop selling me a dodgy brand new motorbike
