Awful customer service

Enjoyed our test drive and asked to reserve. We were told we can have it reserved for 7 days. Within two days the car had been sold. When we called the manager to clarify the situation he talked over us and said ‘that’s just the way it is’. We were not informed when we reserved that a sale could still take place, so now the car has gone. Poor communication and poor customer service with the way this was handled. Dishonest. Shame
