I bought a bmw 1 series several weeks ago. Upon returning home I found 2 faults with the car that in all honesty, the dealership would have been unaware of. I raised it to them straight away, and they allowed me to take the car to my local garage. Communication between the garage and I was absolutely superb, the work was authorised and on receipt of the invoice they paid in full. My experience of the garage and the team was first class. I would definitely buy again in the future.
