Terrible service

Purchased a 2024 mg hs se in black in June this year we wanted a hs se trophy But not one available at the time so asked the difference between the two and where told main difference where heated seats and tinted rear glass which was not the real case so we had heated seats retro fitted when collecting the car i noticed the seat pleather cover had not been re fit properly so an arrangement was made to have the company that fitted the heated element to come to our home address and rectify it after a short drive the cover came off again they had bent the seat adjuster handle and left the obd port dangling down i was unhappy with the car so asked for a price to replace the car for the trophy model that was the end of June various e mails where sent to the sales manager regarding all the complaints took him days to reply also promised to call back with updates but only did once I lost all faith in the company so we decided to trade the car in at a reputable mg dealership
