Absolutely brilliant

I was a bit unsure about going to to Hatters, but they had thr car that I'd been on the lookout for. It was well priced and thought oh well.... I'm a female and know my stuff around cars, but you know most dealers...pushy, arrogant as they know better... Not at Hatters, I turned up without notice...from that moment on I became like part of the Hatters 'family' I spoke to Bobby who gave me the key then he just wandered off. He let me inspect it at my leisure, which was great, no bolshy sales crap and also agreed to stay open later so I could have a thorough inspection done by my mechanic. The company on the whole could not have been more accommodating. We had some laughs and a bit of stress because of my financial company. I wish now I would have used the one that Hatters used. Bobby was fantastic throughout the whole process, he kept me sane and calm. I'd definitely recommend them as a company. Everyone of the staff will go out of their way to make to feel welcome. Oh and by the way, the car is a dream.... Thanks Bobby, I couldn't have done it without you...
