Terrible service

Avoid this dealership. I bought a car from them last year and it was riddled with problems from day one. They refused to stand over any of the issues. To make matters worse, I’ve now discovered that a year later the car was never transferred into my name. This is the legal responsibility of the dealership under DVLA rules, not the customer’s. Because of their failure, I received fines for having no tax — and I never got the DVLA reminders, as the letters were being sent to the wrong address. When I rang to resolve this, I was promised a manager would call me back, but no one ever did. After being repeatedly put on hold and hung up on, I eventually got through using another number. The manager I finally spoke to was dismissive and told me it was my fault, even though their negligence created the situation in the first place. Terrible customer service, no accountability, and no protection as a buyer. If you think buying from a dealership gives you more security than going private, think again.
