Our 2023 Qashqai Epower has developed a warped dashboard and we've been fighting with Marshalls to get it replaced. 5 months has ticked by and they have in this time promised upteen callbacks that have never happened always pushing the blame to Nissan and not taken ownership of the issue with the car they have sold us.Eventually after going in to the service centre a repair date was arranged but then cancelled as they said the part wasn't in and a further date was given. I arrived at Marshalls Maidstone today and was told I wasn't booked in! I was then told an answerphone message was left last week cancelling it, we have no record of this call let alone a message!!! I was told I was lying as the guy (Liam) who made the call was reliable. Darren then said the part wouldn't be with them for 4 months at least and to take it up with Nissan as it was nothing to do with them! Do Marshalls no represent Nissan?! We are left absolutely disgusted by the treatment we have received. Quick to sell the car to us but really couldn't care less once contracts are signed. Never again will I buy from them. Steer clear
