Kept deposit after finance figures were higher than originally discussed. Their excuse was they had done work on car for instance touch up paint work which is for the sale benefit not me, they can still sell the car and make the money. My finance company raised an issue with me about Granby Car Sales and now they helped me file an investigation FCA and FTA are filling a report so can not go to much into their involvement at this time. But stay well clear 30 days warranty??? NEVER seen a garage offer that, it has to be a minimum of 3 months Extended Warranty is pointless as well as ONLY £750 Per claim. Brought a car 2 years newer less mileage and 6 months warranty as standard and Extended is £2500 per claim.
