Awful customer service

This company suddenly stopped doing storage of Motorhomes etc An email was sent, which I didn’t see as went in junk folder, my money was taken,as normal. I rang to return my motorhome to storage, no problem, I arrived to be told there is no longer any storage facility, no mention on the phone when I rang, I was certainly not happy. I requested my money be returned immediately which I had to chase
