Service

I had a service booked on 06/09/25 At Toyota Romford . They have done a full service,including the hybrid system check in 30 minutes. How is this possible?????? I am not a mechanic, but I do have an idea how long it takes to go through that long list of checks and to replace the oil and filters, never mind the hybrid system . I also asked them to check the roof bars because there’s a leak. It didn’t happen.I asked them where is the hybrid system certificate because is missing from the paperwork that they gave me,and it doesn’t show on the check list ,that they done any Checks on the hybrid system. Minutes later they came and said that the printer didn’t work. It cost me £430 . Question:it’s possible for all that work to be done in 30 minutes????? Regarding the roof leak they said that they will ring me sometime next week, let’s see if is going to happen. I want to apologies in advance if I am wrong about all of this!!!!!! I will like to mention that I had a very good experience with them in the past..
