Mediocre at best

Overall impression was one of them trying to sell you as many add ons as possible, despite us saying we were not interested. The fact that on starting the car at pick up, 3 in car service alerts were flagged up was disappointing to say the least. Rick was very patient explaining the in car system to us - thank you.
