Went above and beyond

Could not be happier with the service I received. It was fabulous. I originally wanted to take the car home the same day but had to come back the following day, not the fault of The Trade Centre. The finance company needed to carry out some extra checks but their phone lines had closed by the time I was ready to take the car. I returned the next day and Peter the manager kindly offered to pay for my taxi back up. I ended up taking the train instead and he immediately refunded the cost from his own pocket, as there would have been a delay for it to be processed. I believe he did not get the money back himself for three days but he wanted to make sure I had it straight away, which he did not have to do. I am so grateful for this level of customer care. The car itself is great. I am very pleased with it and have not had any issues. I have been using it here and there and it drives beautifully. I would highly recommend The Trade Centre. It is clear that they genuinely care about their customers and the overall experience.
