Poor customer service.

Purchased a second hand 2018 Mazda from this dealer. Upon returning home the first thing I had to do was spend one hour cleaning the inside of the car due to sticky finger print marks everywhere,the driver matt had large holes in it and is no use what so ever, why would a dealership sell a car with holes in the mat for? (probably switched from another vehicle). The salesman told me that both sets of keys had new batteries installed only to find out two weeks later a warning lamp appeared with the key symbol, yes both sets of batteries where flat so I had been lied to. As a result of what I consider poor customer service you have lost my business on servicing our Mazda's. As i work shifts I do not have the time to run around returning vehicles, purchased from a dealer, they should be in top standard when selling them.
