Disappointing after sales

Disappointed with my experience. Bought an ex-demonstrator MG5 with 8,000 miles. After the test drive I raised concerns about the scoring on the brakes. They got worse over the next 30 days but they refused to replace them, saying it was ‘wear and tear’. Was told the car would be prepared through the garage and valeted. The car had 4 under inflated tyres which you could see from the display so they didn't even need to physically check to see they needed inflating. They left their sale sign in the car, so I can only assume it neither went through the garage or valeting. I’m now having to pursue this through my bank and the Motor Ombudsman to have the brakes replaced. Anyone reading this that has issues please look up your consumer rights before accepting what they are trying to say.
