Do not fulfil terms of sale agreed

Bought a car from here which had exterior damage. They would not engage in a reduction in price. They wanted to fix the damage. On collection of car damage was still not fixed and a bodge spray job had been done. Took the car back at huge inconvenience and they only sprayed over the top of the orange peel effect spray job. Completely unsatisfactory. Their correspondence to address the matter after was shocking, even when I said I was hoping to work with them before leaving a review. This company's response to concerns raised were "I am trying to run a business". Great, and I wish you well in that but keep customers satisfied and do what you say you will do. Definitely for this business my feedback to them is to use another body repair company as the filler itself is not smooth and below the surface level, the spray job is awful and has been sprayed too close so a definite orange peel effect. Their resolution was to spray a lacquer coat on top of the awful job and blame the rain. Fortunately I do not drive around looking at my bumper but after having paid thousands of pounds on a car I would have liked it to look good and after having been assured the work would be done then that is what I expected. I did not expect to be collecting a car, after having paid a deposit, to be left waiting 45 mins for them to collect from the body spraying place and it to arrive with wet paint and an unsatisfactory orange peel effect to then be told it would be ok. After trying to liase with the company and returning the car to have this rectified I was not expecting a respray over the top, which never was going to correct the problem, and be told to bring it back yet again. Two to three months on they have now not corresponded.
