Poor aftercare
Had an issue with my Corsa electric which I had bought in cash, the electric traction motor fault came on so I spoke with them and they authorised me to take it to Vauxhall and they would cover the cost, this couldn't be diagnosed initially due to the code not being able to be found on diagnostic but it had a software update and they said if it happens again to bring it back. I got it home and it happened again so it was taken back for diagnosis again and it was found to be a parking finger issue causing the faults, it was repaired at a cost of just over £800 which was discussed with them prior to me getting Vauxhall to start work and they agreed to pay for it all as it was still in the warranty period, on the day I sent them the receipts that I paid at Vauxhall the tune started to change and they refused to pay back the full amount as they didn't believe the diagnosis to be satisfactory although they knew about everything every step of the day, we are now in dispute with them and 7 days away from being taken to small claims court. If it is settled then I will revise my review but not until they honour what they promised they would, all conversations with them were recorded via messenger so written proof is there.
