The customer service staff where good enabling clear communication. However for changing a steering pump, that I supplied, on a Renault Kangoo, I was charged £156/hour and was charged for 3.81hrs, where 1 hour was diagnostics. This meant after VAT I was charged £713.67 So I would advise you to shop around. I think it is very unlikely that I will use this establishment in the future.
