Had my car for nearly 6 months!

I had a Ford Kuga 2019 from this dealership, the engine failed and after 6 weeks of back and forth between Ford and their own warranty company they agreed to fix the engine on warranty... that was end of March, its not 16th September and they still have the car! I'm paying £330 for the car still! No rush whatsoever, very little communication unless I initiate it! They now have the engine and are coming excuses like they technicians are off sick an are waiting for ramp space! this is Ford! nearly 6 months they have had my car! Stay away from Ford and don't use Heartlands ford Erdington. Awful. Il be selling the car as soon as I have it back and going to get a new finance car from another dealership. awful. worst experience I have ever had with a car dealer in my life time.
