Jessie was excellent.

Jessie was really friendly, helpful & knowledgeable, & I was really pleased she accompanied me on the test drive, as I was changing from a manual to an automatic car. She kept me up to date with the hand-over process, and I couldn't fault her. 10 out of 10 Jessie.
