Useless Service

Absolutely disgraceful service. My car has been stuck with this dealership since July 2025, and we’re now nearly October with no proper repair or diagnosis. They replaced the instrument cluster (which didn’t fix the issue), then told me they’re waiting on a tool from Germany with no ETA. Because of their incompetence, I’ve lost a buyer, my car has depreciated in value, and my warranty is close to expiring. Zero communication, zero accountability. I will never trust this dealership again — avoid at all costs.
