Horiffic Customer Service
I bought a car from Budgen Motors recently and i must say it was the worst customer service i have ever received whilst buying a car. Dan who sold me the car spoke to me only once between agreeing to the sale and taking delivery unless contacted by me which was never an easy task. upon delivery there were some slight issues which i raised and it took more than a month for him to acknowledge my email and calls and another month of chasing calls and being promised a call back or response for him to propose a resolve. to this day there is still no resolve and i have had to after numerous ignored emails resolve the issues myself. Would not recommend.
