Dishonest sales

Today i was driving pass Ancaster Penge, thought i would just see if I exchanged my car for a new one what it would work out to be.. The woman i spoke to asked me driving licence,which I didn't have to hand as I was just passing. Anyway she told me that she couldn't help me because I needed to have a test drive before she could even consider giving me any pricing. I phone another Ancaster and asked if this was facts & they said no. I went to another Ancaster dealer & was given a pricing on my car & on a new model. I think that she really needs so training because the worst thing to do is lie to a customer. Seriously I would never trust to buy anything from them.
