Great customer service

Today i popped into Eltham to see if I could get a price on exchanging my car for a new one. Although I was very disappointed with the fact that they expected far too much of a deposit for the new car & the fact that in 2 years my car had loss over £20,000. James was very polite & helpful, & would just like for Ancaster Eltham to recognise a good sales man. It was very disappointing that I had to walk away without buying the car,but James thank you for your time today.
