Fantastic all round.

I bought an Audi Q5 without viewing it in person, was sent pictures and a video and all questions regarding servicing and mot history were answered. All advisories on the mot were taken care of , alloys refurbished and the car valeted. It was delivered to my driveway where I could look around it and make my final decision, the car was excellent, the buying experience from these guys was great, I really felt they were doing things properly and really doing all they could to provide a great service. The car however did develop a fault a couple of months in, which can’t be helped as these things do happen, but how it was handled by the staff at jack Henry was superb , one phone call and an email and everything was taken care of. I couldn’t ask for any more than what they have done. Excellent customer service and a very happy, satisfied customer, thank you.
