Bad customer service

After a horrible phone call regarding a separate matter, I want to leave a review based on my experience with Lawrence of Kemnay. I initially bought my car in Nov 2024 and was told that they had fixed and replaced various parts on the car but it needed a hose replaced to which they would have to order in and this would be about 2 weeks for the part. I was also informed that it only had 1 key but they would order the 2nd one for me. I then had to phone them after not hearing from them after a month to be told the part wasn’t in yet (zero communication on this with me to say the part was delayed). It was January where I had to phone again to see if the part was in and I finally got it fixed but when I asked about the second key I was told they had got a new one but it didn’t work and they would have to contact the manufacturer again to get another one. I wasn’t going to leave a review on this as I felt like it was a minor issue but after contacting them today regarding another matter and spoke to a quite rude, condescending and arrogant man, who above all informed me that they had no record of a second key this further confirmed that Lawrence of Kemnay don’t follow through on what they say they will, and they don’t have much regard for customer service. I advise that if you want good communication and customer service then go look elsewhere as I wouldn’t buy another car from them. 2 stars as for the most part they are okay and some of the team were helpful and supportive and my car has been pretty reliable but -3 stars for lack of communication and for the way in which I was spoken to by a member of staff today.
