Buying a new EV

We have just purchased a new Kia EV3 from Wessex Garage in Gloucester. They kindly conducted the viewing/testing at our home - about 10 miles from their premises. In fact we actually caused them to come twice! Monika, the sales executive, was very knowledgable about the vehicle and the purchase process. She was also quick to pick up on any concerns we expressed, putting us at ease on each occasion. We were able to have a better test on the second visit and again Monika ensured that we were happy with every aspect of the experience. Her descriptions, explanations and tuition helped us to understand the vehicle to the extent that we made the deal right there!
