RUN, Stay Away!
I am writing to express my deep concerns regarding a recent experience I had with your dealership, which has left me feeling extremely frustrated and disheartened. I believe it is crucial to bring these issues to your attention, not only for my own sake but also to ensure that future customers do not encounter similar problems. Recently, I brought my vehicle in for what I believed to be a straightforward repair related to a manufacturing defect in the gearbox and an issue with the air conditioning condenser. Unfortunately, what transpired during this process has been nothing short of a nightmare. After leaving the dealership, I discovered that my car was not only not fixed but had developed four additional problems that were not present when I initially brought it in. I visited your service department on four separate occasions within just eight days, each time hoping for a resolution. Instead, I was met with a dismissive attitude that made me feel as though I was being perceived as paranoid or even foolish for raising my concerns. It is incredibly disheartening to feel that my worries were not taken seriously, particularly when I was assured that a thorough diagnosis had been conducted. To my dismay, I later learned that no such diagnosis had taken place, and I was forced to seek assistance elsewhere to identify the issues that had arisen. The lack of accountability and the extremely poor quality of service I experienced are alarming. My vehicle is now in a state of complete powerlessness, which not only affects my daily life but also raises concerns about safety on the road. I cannot stress enough how disappointing it is to invest time, money, and energy into a service that has resulted in a far worse situation than when I first arrived. I urge you to take this feedback seriously and to evaluate the practices within your service department. It is vital for the reputation of your dealership that customers feel valued and that their concerns are addressed with the utmost professionalism and care. I sincerely hope that no other customer has to endure the same ordeal that I have faced.
