Just bought new A Class from Exeter Merc

Went to Mercedes Exeter Branch to look at and maybe purchase a new A Class. Was approached by Phil. I was with my wife and have found in some other dealers that my wife was totally ignored. phil said hello to my wife first. That started off well as she does not like going to car showrooms. From there on in Phil was friendly, professional and spoke to both of us equally. He was not pushy and asked us what we wanted from him. He then made us feel at home and went through all our options and was not pushy at. During the whole experience he asked are we happy with what he was doing and asking. Could not have been nicer. He then gave us a test drive and I then drove the car. We then decided to purchase a new A Class. We were given a date and a price and were happy. Not pushy at all. At that point Mo his boss came out and was exactly the same as Phil. He made sure we were happy with the deal. We took delivery on Friday and were pleased with the whole outcome. Perhaps some other dealers can learn from our experience. Do not ignore your other half. Many thanks to Mercedes Benz Exeter and especially to Phil and Mo.
