I had an issue with a new to us 2015 Ford Kuga Needed the dash coms to get the wifi up and Running. Game them a call and spoke to Mark, ever so helpful, couldn't solve over the phone suggested brining vehicle in. Arrive at dealership and within minutes Mark can see the issue and suggests solution not only that he spotted a tyre pressure alarm and showed me how to reset it. Mark is at the top of his game with customer service, thanks a million
