Dreadfull service

Service department a nightmare to deal with. They never answer the phone and rarely call you back to give updates even after ringing 5 times a day and leaving messages every time. They have only had my Renault Zoe for 5 months for a traction battery repair, how difficult can it be ?? Sept 2025
