Bad service

I recently visited this dealership after booking in to view two cars. My appointment had been confirmed via email for 10:30 in the morning, and I travelled all the way from Cornwall specifically to see these vehicles. When I arrived, I was told that one of the cars had already been sold. No one had contacted me beforehand to let me know, despite the confirmation I had received. Although the staff apologised, it did not feel sincere, and they seemed dismissive of the inconvenience caused. I had been particularly interested in the car that was sold, so the lack of communication and indifference towards the situation was very frustrating. Making a long journey with my 2 year old daughter only to find disappointment and bad customer service will ensure I never visit again.
