Terrible customer service

From start to finish I felt the attitude was very poor.my car was in for a recall or I wouldn’t even go near the place.picked my car up today after a steering rack replacement under warranty and on the way home noticed it had a slight knock and when I looked under it the track rod end was loose.i got on the phone and was put into Kelsey what a rude young girl. Still waiting on a call back.
