Appalling service

Paid this garage a lot of money to fix my navigation system. They said that it was all done but they were waiting for some codes from WV. Months have passed but nothing has happened. Contacted them numerous time but just get told they are still waiting. Exceptionally poor service from what is supposed to be a VW main dealer.
