Fake competitions and pushy salesmen

Came in during the carnival event, test drove a car and was promised during the promotion that they would honour the hotel stay for 2 for the test drive. Found the car I loved and even brought my wife the next day to see it and finalise the sale. However… within a day the promised price changed massively, car I wanted changed to lower spec yet at an exuberant price. Then come the pushy sale tactics!! 5 calls within an hour, Kevin claiming he’s found the car I wanted in the county and was getting it shipped to the dealership for me, wanting all my details for the financing without me even saying I wanted it anymore. Next call, oh price is now down so you can afford it monthly, then the following day a call from the showroom, that Kevin no longer works for the business?? New salesmen promising me he was chasing the promotion up and would call me back, it’s been two weeks and no return call, I’ve now changed dealership to complete the sale and lone behold the car price is massively different and they are actually giving me money for my 72 plate car I’m part exing rather than charging me for it!! I’m in contact with the CMA and ASA over their use of a competition and not giving the intended prize I have even signed paperwork in the dealership over while taking the test drive, luckily I took photos of the sign sheet while the pushy salesmen went to photocopy my license, I also have photos of all promotional emails and Facebook posts. Then to round it all off, the web chat don’t want to know from drive themselves, sales team instantly put the phone down or reject my calls now and the help desk just rings and rings. I will not let this lie, you have my details on your system so if you don’t start taking my calls or give me what is entitled within your promotion, I will do everything in my power to see this take its full course.
