Avoid - Misold vehicle

My experience with Beck Evans has been extremely disappointing. After purchasing a vehicle that was mis-advertised, I immediately encountered serious problems. Despite this, the company refused to take proper responsibility. Most concerning has been the behaviour of their representative, Derek Rayner. Instead of resolving matters fairly, he resorted to what can only be described as blackmail tactics — demanding that I remove a negative review in exchange for a small settlement. This approach is completely unprofessional and only reinforced my lack of trust in the company. Customers should be aware that while Beck Evans might present themselves as a reputable dealership, my dealings have shown otherwise. The pressure to silence criticism rather than address legitimate complaints is not what anyone should expect from a business. I would urge anyone considering buying from Beck Evans to be very cautious, and to make sure they have everything in writing before proceeding. Transparency and genuine accountability appear to be lacking.
