You don't get your £500 deposit back!
I was looking for an EV. I found an Omoda at the Oldham branch. I'd never heard of Omoda but wanted to see. It was a very nice car. I put a deposit down for fear of it being taken. As I was waiting for preparation, which wasn't happening due to the salesman being ill and having days off, I realised that the range of 250 miles was not enough for me and that perhaps a then unknown 'Omoda' was not the best choice for me. I put that car on hold and looked for another with them but was unable to find the right car for me. The end result was I asked for my deposit back so I could look else ware. I lost £500! They made me pay by bank transfer so I couldn't go back to my credit card for any help.
