My experience with Ivybridge Trade Centr

The following is true and accurate and reflects my experience with Ivybridge Trade Centre. I bought a car from Ivybridge Trade Centre on Tuesday 23rd September 2025 and returned it on Tuesday 30th September 2025. The issues I encountered were as follows: Rear reverse lamp fault warning on the dash, all rear parking sensors were not working, drivers seat belt did not retract back in to position, parking brake sticking and did not release manually and there was an outstanding safety recall due which I was not informed of. I reported the issues via phone call to which I was instructed to report via email and someone would get back to me. This did not happen and I had to chase for an update the following day. I was told '"Jack, you have warranty". Some of the issues were not covered under warranty and I do not purchase a vehicle to have it repaired in the same week. My experience with Ivybridge Trade Centre was not a good one, lack of customer service, care and accountability.
