Where's my money

I'm sat here at Stratstone Mercedes in Wakefield after selling them my GLC two weeks ago. Told payment would be in my account in the next few days and within five working days. Ten working days later and two phone calls fobbing me off I'm here with my car blocking smooth operations and not moving till I get paid. How long can they hold on to tens of thousands of pounds making them interest and costing me a damn site more. Don't sell your car to them is my advice.
