disappointing, not honest sales person

went with a friend to collect a car, (TRAVELED over 4 hours) When we got there the car was all dented, scratched, alloys the paint was peeling off, inside of the car was dirty and smelt of wet dogs, ALL this despite being told on the phone, ITS immaculate in and out and no problems with the car at all. absolutely disgusting. these people should be HONEST to customers, not just wanting peoples money!
