Avoid at all costs!
Avoid this dealer at all costs, unfortunately you are unable to leave 0 stars but this most definitely warrants it! I purchased an Audi A3 from here back January 2025. It was advertised as a faultless car which couldn’t have been further from the truth. Within 4 days the car has serious faults, the warranty i purchased with the car also refused to pay up at first ,causing more stress and delay, as i took the car to Audi to make the repairs. They argued the labour could’ve been done cheaper elsewhere (when sold the product this was not mentioned, only that the warranty covered up to the value of the vehicle regardless or engine or electrical problems). When speaking with a manager there, this seems to come out of JW Autos set aside warranty pot, probably why they declined! I was also being forced to run 2 cars until June 2025 as the one i purchased was completely un-drivable going into limp Mode every-time but this got too expensive and was forced to sell my car. We are now in October 2025 and 2 of many major issues with the car have been resolved. I have problems with the car daily and this sale and experience has been the worst experience i have had in my life. I have now reached out to the Motor Ombudsman to settle the complaint unless JW Autos can provide an appropriate solution which i have asked for countless times (taking the car back and refunding the amount i have paid - something they seemed to avoid like the plague). I hope JW Autos can settle this with the method above as i feel they have violated many FCA conduct rules with this sale, if not i will proceed with the Motor Ombudsman to resolve this nightmare. I am hoping to hear from them this week but am not keeping my hopes up due to past experience. Do not buy from here at all costs, have seen a few people experience the same thing!
