BUYER BEWARE THEY HAVE 1 STARS
I am from scotland and the showroom is based in england. seen the car on autotrader merecedes dealership used car placed a £500.00 deposit over the phone the following day another exact same but one year newer was available on my doorstep difference was extra £250.00 which i was prepared to pay and not travelling to blackburn from edinburgh. i emailed aaron carnie and told him the situation within 12 hours of paying a deposit. i was there no issuies with the refund will be refunded. after umteen calls emails got a call from Aaron yes your depoist is processed you will recieve this by friday in september. he was not available on the monday morning so i called the accounts department a very good guy shamille in accounts told me that Aaron has to do the paperwork and we process the refund for 2 weeks getting the run around and guess what no refund !!!! i have emailed them about this intend to start legal proceeding and a late payment charges will apply of £15.00 per day. thankfully i did not go through with the purchase if there had been any issues with the car i think they would of tried everything in the book not to honour the warrenty ! if a customer who uses there garage for maintence did not pay there bill they would not give them there keys hope everyone reading this would agree ? so why should a customer not be paid his depoist back. our rights as customers are we can return the car within 14 days of purchase fair usasge mileage and do not have to give them a reason. with our hard earend money we are told to trust them would have a better trust with someone selling on ebay than this crowd. i will not remove this until the showroom refunds my money with £15.00 a day late payment charge. anyone reading see there one star review on google many customers not happy. anyone buying look at another dealership than marshalls the take you money once they got it. well its a used car you should expect not going to be 100 per cent so why are you selling me something that is not ? WELL WHEN IT COMES TO PAYING YOU AT MARSHALLS WE AS CUSTOMERS WILL TAKE OF 10 PER CENT UNTIL WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE CAR ?
